In its 10th year as a free publication, Inner Tapestry is supported by its advertisers and locally distributed to fine stores, offices, restaurants and shops where these ideas are welcomed and nourished. This includes bookstores and cafés, health practitioners, education centers, public libraries, and healing and wellness centers. With six issues a year we offer our readers life enhancing and spirit-enriching information. Over the course of our adventure with this publication, we aim at being a leading resource and voice for holistic health and natural living, as the publication spreads throughout the Maine coast, reaching destinations farther north, south and west with each issue.
