Aries – (March 20 – April 19) Feels better already, doesn’t it, Aries. Mars is getting straightened out now, having stationed into direct motion at the end of January. This month, inspiration is knocking at your door – think ART. It’s a great time to pour your fiery energy into a new creation. Your energy is moving like a well oiled timepiece – stay “in the flow” and allow; this flower will blossom at just the right time and exactly the right place. Take some time alone on the 10th – it’s a great day to bring a journal to the beach and put those visions into writing. Your actions speak louder than any voice on the 14th.

Taurus – (April 20 – May 20) The month begins with your planetary ruler, Venus joining the benefactor planet Jupiter. This is good for you, Taurus. Who do you want to be? What do you want to do? How, where, when? Truly, the means are available to you for manifestation of your highest dreams. You may have to slay a fire breathing dragon or overcome a green-eyed monster along the way, but – keep your vision pure and your heart strong. Stay on course; your finances have been challenged, but they will also straighten out soon! Take action on the 13th. And, speak your truth on the 26th.

Gemini – (May 21 – June 20) Mars, the planet of action is in Gemini now, fueling your energy and motivation. Mars can also be a bit irritable, too; get plenty of physical exercise now to burn off excess energy. Mercury retrograde until the 18th fuels those unavoidable delays which in turn feed frustration. To avoid upsets and use this time wisely, take on a short term educational project such as learning a new language or computer skill. The Moon is in your sign on St. Valentine’s Day this year – make it one to remember!

Cancer – (June 21 – July 21) Careful planning and due diligence yield a fruitful harvest, Cancer. There is a dear price to pay, however. The nature of life on earth exposes some shades of gray, when all you wanted was black and white. Get used to this concept, because you will see it often in the upcoming months; ultimately, the shades of gray can, and will, reveal a multitude of colors. Maintain your equilibrium on the 15th; you may have to jump high to avoid a low blow. Ask for, and get what you want on the 26th.

Leo – (July 22 – August 22) The New Moon of February 6th falls in your solar 7th house of relationships; and, also being a semi-annual Solar Eclipse, this one has “issues.” Eclipses aren’t necessarily bad, but they do highlight a particular area. With Neptune, the plane of illusion involved, this one shines a light on how you feel about a partner, versus, how they feel about you. Get honest about your own projections – what is illusion and what is reality? The bottom line is how they treat you, and how they will continue to regard you in the future.

Virgo – (August 23 – September 22) If you follow the rules, it’s going to be a great year, Virgo! Try to stay out of trouble on the 1st – all that glitters is not gold. Overall, however, you’re on a roll. The “rules” have to do with safeguarding your health, and paying attention to details – two things in which you were born to excel. Point and focus on the grand scheme, but maintain value in the small picture. Honesty serves you well on the 10th. This is a year of changes; some of them become very clear by the 20th.

Libra – (September 23 – October 21) Your vital energies are still vulnerable, Libra. With people everywhere wanting this and that, you may feel like a mother dog with hungry pups, all wanting to be fed at the same time. When the babies get to the stage where they develop needle sharp teeth, it’s time to wean those puppies. On a positive note, the financial picture looks good; you are presently laying a strong foundation for your future. However, don’t be tempted by illusion this month; that shiny sparkle may be only a transient light, not solid gold.

Scorpio – (October 22 – November 21) If possible, Scorpio, spend some time alone for this New Moon on the 6th. A day by the water is called for; you must find that calm voice of reason, and heed what it has to say. Your values have changed over the past year, but now the life you live must transform to align with the new inner you. Being a fixed water sign, Scorpio does not always adapt easily. New situations feel awkward, especially at the beginning. Remember that your core being is evolutionary, but also eternal, and that you can be happy anywhere! Also to keep in mind: change is a good thing.

Sagittarius – (November 22– December 20) You will be the recipient of a gift this month, Sag. This contribution influences the way you feel about yourself; it may or may not enrich your pockets, but it definitely stabilizes your life. You will be asked to look at things differently in the upcoming months. Opinions, pre - judgments, many of the ways you used to view the world are changing; in short, that which you thought always was, and will be, no longer is. Ideas and perceptions are changing, but, love remains constant. Lucky you – celebrate your good fortune with special treats on Valentine’s Day.

Capricorn – (December 21 – January 19) A situation which initially feels like a financial setback will benefit you in the long run, Capricorn. You may have to take an initial loss in order to harvest the later profit, but remain focused on the big picture. This is a crisis of self confidence; pace yourself accordingly. Optimism, grace, and sharing are your greatest assets. Stick to basics in health concerns this month; it is important that you get enough rest. Be ready to act upon your inspiration by the 13th. Maintain your boundaries on the 24th.

Aquarius – (January 20 – February 17) Yours is a sign noted for its ability to detach, but that is simply not possible now, Aquarius. Your vulnerability is highlighted this month; you must take a stand, although choosing the right path calls for all of the discretion and judgment you can muster. Remember the Tao, the path which flows with, not against, the river, is always best. Plus – it FEELS good. Good karma is coming your way this month; something you did right long ago is scheduled for return, multiplied. Accept it graciously. Cut your losses on the 12th & 13th, and meet new friends on the 14th & 15th.

Pisces – (February 18 – March 19) With an eclipse taking place in your Solar 12th house, any stagnant waters will be flushed over the next 6 months, Pisces. Expect a challenge to your will, in short – the Universe is nudging you to “clean up your act.” If the work is already done, then you have created a space for transformational rainbow light. This month brings either a reality check, or an irrepressible desire to escape; you have to choose. Honor the moon cycles this month – New Moon in Aquarius is on the 6th – dig deeply into your unconscious – and find the diamond mine. First quarter in Taurus on the 13th – be scrupulously honest in thoughts and deeds. Full Moon in Virgo on the 20th – respect your partners. And, Last quarter in Sagittarius on the 28th – live your intentions, and show the world you care.
