Aries – (March 20 – April 19) April is your special month, Aries, and this one is rich with promise. Mercury enters your sign on the 2nd, followed closely by Venus on the 5th, same day as the Aries New Moon. And, on the 4th, Mars, your planetary ruler clears the shadow of his previous retrograde phase – signaling “all clear.” The planets are ready to give it up, but the “Secret” is about what you have to give; this is what opens the doors for you to receive. A disappointment from the past is corrected on the 20th. Envision a fertile, rich field, and you are the farmer with seeds and plow. What is your chosen crop?

Taurus – (April 20 – May 20) Why is everybody else just having so much fun, and you are busy – working? Each of us has to take a turn on the treadmill, Taurus; yours is now. Productivity now pays off in the future, although daydreaming seems much more interesting. The 18th is your best day this month – plan a long weekend to visit someplace special. You just may get much more than expected. The 23rd, conversely, is stressful; proceed as delicately as possible. Any showdown on this day leaves you only with a headache, although this may be exactly what you must do. Be a lover not a fighter.

Gemini – (May 21 – June 20) You have both objectivity and clear vision, Gemini- what a great combination. The Aries New Moon of April 5th initiates your 11th house of goals, long term planning, and meeting with the “right” people. You provide the impetus, but these friends bring the goodies. Mercury, your ruling planet makes a favorable trine aspect to both Pluto and Saturn on the 18th – this is your network spectacular, so use it wisely. Keep your energy up through the weekend, too; Sunday the 20th provides icing on the cake.

Cancer – (June 21 – July 21) Maintain your good humor, Cancer; the warm, sweet days of spring will finally start the flow again. What was originally a detour developed into a roadblock – and now the pathway is opening up once more. Partners demand time and attention, but it the sacrifice will pay off later. Someone has been quietly observing your expertise; are you ready for new career responsibilities? Be prepared to show just what you have to offer on the 10th. By the 25th, your offering returns, embellished with financial rewards. Celebrate your success.

Leo – (July 22 – August 22) Strings from your past pull tight, and you have a choice to make. Are you going to make the same old mistakes? That is surely the path of least resistance, and it seems like a pretty good option now. The truth is, only you are the true judge of how it really feels. Good for how long – and then hurts for how much longer? Go for the overview; your strength lies in gaining understanding. And, a little bit of fun goes a long way, too.

Virgo – (August 23 – September 22) You are gaining in strength by the day. Almost ripe for change, but – not quite ready. The work which lies ahead is of a practical nature. Vision quests are productive; daydreaming is not. Use this cycle of creativity to your best advantage; your hidden genius is waiting for a debut. The 18th is an excellent day for self promotion, Virgo - reach out then, and expect results.

Libra – (September 23 – October 21) This month is much about other people. Some are demanding, others are needy, and many come bearing gifts. They appear in all guises. The key is to appreciate and enjoy them all. Each one is reflecting a special part of you, one which you may wish to incorporate in the near future. A power struggle on the 24th becomes personal; you have no alternative other than making a choice and taking a stand. Make your wishes known, and don’t back down.

Scorpio – (October 22 – November 21) This month begins an important new project. Being related to your solar 8th house, think about what you have to give up to get what you want. Once you accept that there is a price to pay, you can proceed with all of your determination and strength. The reward will be well worth all of your efforts. April is a culmination of your hard work last year. Now, the rewards are coming; celebrate on the 20th when the Full Moon is in the 1st degree of Scorpio. This time, it IS about you.

Sagittarius – (November 22– December 20) Creativity is heightened this month, Sag. Think inventiveness, and get your best ideas while relaxing at the beach. The best idea can even bring in some income. Review some of your past dreams and missions, for there lay the fertile fields of your future. There is a slight let down on the 8th, when someone you relied on disappoints you. Move through the old stuff quickly, and focus on the positive.

Capricorn – (December 21 – January 19) How has it been, having had Pluto in your sign for a few months now? Like a good book, the stars have aligned to give a foreshadowing of things to come. Pluto brings changes, as you are learning. You’ll feel a lifting this month as Pluto moves into retrograde motion to finish out the year back in Sagittarius. Since preparation is one of you strengths, use this time wisely for contemplation and planning; think about who and where you want to be a year from now.

Aquarius – (January 20 – February 17) A good poker player keeps a calm face, and a tight hand. This is a good strategy for April, Aquarius. The important thing, however, is that you must be ready to act upon a moment’s notice. Someone important takes notice this month, so, even though you are playing it “cool”, you must be ready for quick action. Overlook a careless comment made on the 7th – don’t waste your energy. Look your best on the 9th. Be prepared for decision making on the 18th – plan on having all the facts in advance, and you’ll make the right move.

Pisces – (February 18 – March 19) The planets are talking about finances this month, Pisces. With Pallas Athena, the goddess of craftsmanship also in your financial sector, consider looking to your creativity for added income. A new job may even be in the offerings for this month. It’s about completion, and correcting something which was not quite right about the last one. This time, you’ll know which pitfalls to avoid, and just how deep a seeming innocent water puddle can be. You are now building a new boat which has fewer leaks.
