Aries – (March 20 – April 19)

In keeping with true spring fashion, the key phrase for this month is ‘in with the new and out with the old.’ This is your month for consolidation and solid gains. Thinking about investments? Now is an excellent time to take that step. In practical matters, Aries you have the Midas touch.

It’s the things that are not so straightforward that are vexing. Hidden agendas are always difficult to fathom; especially when somebody expects you to read their mind! There is always an answer, although sometimes it is not clear where to look to find it. That old concept of projection is working its magic through smoke and mirrors. Although this problem seems to be about the other person, in this instance the real answer lies within.

Taurus – (April 20 – May 20)

Mercury retrograde in your sign from April 17th to May 11th presents you with a chance to fix that one thing that has been nagging for a while now. Maybe it’s about that diet or exercise routine you have been putting off for so long. Some of you may decide it’s time for a wardrobe upgrade and new hairdo. What is it that is personal only to YOU?

And, what have you been avoiding for so long? Now is your time to align with the cosmic clock of self improvement and do something about it. In keeping with the inner workings of Mercury, to turn away from this inner/outer work will stir up the typical retrograde issues; you will be going nowhere fast. Otherwise, just take it slow this month, Taurus. Unlike past months when I have advised getting out and networking, this time around I suggest lying low to observe and refine the fruit of your recent efforts.

Gemini – (May 21 – June 20)

It’s a tight little space that sits between the rock and a hard place. And, just like the confinement of a birth canal, you want to get out of there! Graciously the stars are moving you forward with a gentle but persistent undulation; there are just a few details that need to be taken care of. And, the details are the other part of this story. Pluto and Saturn in retrograde motion are demanding excellence in your state of affairs from the bottom up and the inside out. These frustrations of duty and obligation are God’s hand working in your life.

One of the challenges of Gemini is go gain depth; and I know that you are now becoming a deep diver. With your ruling planet also retrograde April 17 – May 11 think of this as a time to plant seeds and nurture the garden for new growth. These planets are like the edge of diamond cutters tool, and you are a beautiful gem that is being slowly refined and polished to reveal your splendor.

Cancer – (June 21 – July 21)

It’s all coming together, Cancer. Mars is finally doing his thing in your financial sector, and Jupiter is humming along in your solar 9th house of wisdom and leverage. The secret to using this energy positively is get in touch with Universal Law and understand how you now must release your power. The season of your withdrawal is coming to a close; and keywords for your new life are integrity, social justice, and effectiveness.

You are being called upon to step out of your shell and nurture a group of people. Each of you will find your tribe and unique calling, but know that you are being called. This is also an opportune time to enroll in a class which helps you fine tune that one area that needs more attention; take a moment to identify the missing link, and proceed to replace it.

Leo – (July 22 – August 22)

What appears to be a financial setback is more of a correction that will eventually prove to be a benefit, Leo. As one of the fixed signs on the astrological cross of matter, there is no doubt that you have had your share of challenges over the recent months. Now you are being asked to trust on the deepest level.

Make a note of the wisdom in Aesop’s fable titled ‘The Lion and the Mouse.’ In this story the mighty lion is freed from binding ropes by his most humble acquaintance, a small mouse. I predict that your fetters will soon be shattered through a similar experience; at a time, place, and in a manner you least expect.

The Lion is brave, but like the leopard, he does not like to change his spots. With Mercury retrograde April 17 – May 11th, this is not the opportune time to sign contracts. It is however, a good time to think about making some changes.

Virgo – (August 23 – September 22)

Scorpio – (October 22 – November 21)

You have waited patiently and performed your due diligence, Scorpio! Now comes your break in the weather; it’s time to set sail. The placement of Mercury holds the key to your fortunes, Scorpio. Mercury tells us that you will yet fulfill some relationship soul contracts. This may be short term, but it is the one missing puzzle piece.

While you’re at it, how about devoting a healthy dose of self nurturing to your own life? Then it’s like fulfilling two harvests within one time period. Be good to your friend(s) and be especially good to yourself. This applies an especially delicious frosting to your big ole Scorpio cake. And yes, you can have it and eat it, too!

Sagittarius – (November 22– December 20)

The planets are guiding you down a garden walkway to fulfillment now, Sag. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and take the next step. No need to look too far ahead, although I know this is part of the Sagittarian nature.

The road has been rocky for us all lately, and even though your avatar centaur has four feet instead of two, we have all been challenged by boulders on the path of life. Consistent even effort is your fast track to success now.

Even though you are looking ahead, keep in mind that the Full Moon of April 28th lights up your shadowy solar 12th house. Often old friends show up when this happens. Expect to see a face from the past this month. Hopefully it’s not a scary ghost! They are known to appear at the worst time sometimes. Just pay attention, and figure out how to release it because now you are one step closer to truly being free.

Capricorn – (December 21 – January 19)

Some of you will be moving to a new home this month; and if you have already done so, this is the time to go for improvements and making the new digs spectacular. While you’re gauging how to make the home just to your liking, think of it as a foundation for your entire life. The house is just an exterior representation of your new core identity, and that is where the true revolution lies.

Like the unfolding wings of a new butterfly, you are transforming deeply and will emerge in accord with the energies of spring and the development of the seasons.
