A martial art for self-defense and spiritual development, a path of spiritual harmony. Aikido is a non-competitive art utilizing partner practice to nurture a spirit of harmony and mutual assistance. Its techniques are based on the principle of blending one’s movement with breath and one’s energy with that of her or his partner. We offer daily classes in Baptiste inspired Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga, as well as non heated Gentle Yoga, Restorative, Yin and workshops with internationally known visiting teachers.
